Metro Self Storage Support Procedures (Updated)

Submit a new conversion-related item: Submit new conversion-related issues via SmartSheet https://www.smartsheet.com/b/publish?EQBCT=c3f402aa5ea74fc884348e494738172e. When submitting a new issue, please include as many details as possible and include a PDF or a screen shot of the issue/concern, if appropriate. 

Conversion Forum for Information: Go to https://metrostorage.zendesk.com/forums/21673581-System-Conversion-Forum and visit the Metro Self Storage System Conversion Forum.  This is where you will find discussions, information, tips, and tools related to the conversion.

Centershift Support: Submit your issue to Centershift Support at https://support.centershift.com/ for “typical” Centershift issues, problems or support.  If you contacted CS support for help with account issues or problems, while using Centershift 3.1 (before the conversion), then contact them directly for support with the issue.

Metro IT Support: All other IT related support need requests should be submitted via the Metro Self Storage Help Desk at https://metrostorage.zendesk.com/login.
