Q: When I move-out a tenant I cannot over ride the refund the system is trying to issue. How can I move-them out without issuing a refund? The parameters show they get a refund under 21 days into the rental period.
A: If for some reason a tenant should be denied a refund upon move out, simply check the deny refund box on the REFUND screen. Detailed notes about the denial must be included in the REASON field (this is a required field).
