Leads360 Pop-up Reminders Don't Work

Many stores have reported that the pop up reminders for appointments and tasks are not working in Leads360.  We are working with the vendor to correct this issue.  It has to do with how users are assigned to stores and who sees the pop up reminders.  Stay tuned for updates.

Update 1: Leads360 is investigating this issus and it looks like this won't be an easy fix.  So in the meantime, we are working on some short-term adjustments:

  1. Currently, in the Set Calendar Event, the system defaults to Pop-Up for alert notification type.  We are going to try and change the default to e-mail.
  2. Please use e-Mail or the Call Me options for notification, instead of pop-up.
  3. We changed the system settings so that all scheduled calendar events will diplay in the Prioritized View 10 minutes prior to the scheduled time.
