When configuring the new Centershift 4.0, the implementation team added a field in the Account Information screen called “Nagel Exception”. The purpose of this field was to identify certain tenants within the company for tracking purposes. Due to the small number of these type of accounts, and the confusion it caused, this field has been removed.
