I wanted to bring everyone up to speed with how the gates update in the new version. The gate will now update every 2 minutes, vs manual updates in the past. So if you change a tenant’s code, or a delinquent tenant comes in to pay, it could take up to 2 minutes for the gate to update after saving/posting within Centershift.

Roswell I take it there is not a way to manually update them? like a refresh button of sorts?

Scott Nemes The Update Gates button under Site Manager -> Security. DO NOT CLICK THE BUTTON TO BUILD GATES. You shouldn't have to do it very often, as the gate updates every two minutes, automatically.

We spoke with Centershift and they advised, by time of conversion, the WHAM interface should be ready. So yes, we should be fine.
