IKOP Printer Support

With the roll out of the IKOP printer program, who you contact for print/scan issues has changed.  Moving forward, for support issues relating to printing and scanning, you will now contact IKOP support.  Their support team will first work remotely to fix the issue.  If the issue cannot be fixed remotely, they will either send a tech to your location, or send you a new machine, with instructions for returning the old one.

IKOP Support Hours:

Monday - Friday:       8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST

Saturday - Sunday:  Closed

If an issue is experienced on the weekend, please use your old printer which should be stored in the company unit or in the office.
