When printing leads in Velocify for the tenant file, don't forget to check the box "include action logs" to get details.
Checking the "calendar events" will also show you any upcoming calendar events that may need to be updated.
SAVE PAPER:
When selecting "print" and the printer instructions show up, Only print page 1. I have the Ricoh printer and the 2nd page is always blank. I have called Printer Support regarding the settings but it is configured into the Velocify program.
